lucidIT is deliberately a boutique shop. What you get here is personal service, people who know you, fair billing, and quality workmanship from people who actually care what you think. We want to make you our happy customer — and we do a few things differently to make sure that happens.
Yep, it happens a lot. We don't quote by the job — we charge you for our time. We often find a shortcut, and that goes right back in your pocket. Sometimes it takes a little longer — we do our best for that never to happen — but if it does, we're very fair about it. You'll never get a surprise bill from us.
This isn't a numbers game for us. We want you to be happy with the product you get — and with the experience of working with us. We treat every site like it carries our name, because it does. And it shows.
Every tool, plugin, and platform we recommend to our clients — we test it rigorously on our own sites first. If it's on your website, it's on ours. We don't recommend products we wouldn't stake our own reputation on.
