Small shop. At this since 1993.
When you call lucidIT you get the person who built your system. Not a queue, not a ticket number, and not someone reading a script written by whoever left two years ago.
Who you are actually working with
lucidIT is deliberately small. One team, one point of contact, and the same people from the first conversation to the maintenance three years later.
A large firm gives you process and a rotating cast. A small one gives you somebody who remembers your setup by name and has seen enough to know which problems are worth solving and which ones will quietly go away on their own.
Behind the work is a career that started on hardware in 1989 and went professional in 1993 — infrastructure, data architecture, enterprise systems, and the long education that comes from watching how organizations really operate when nobody is presenting.

We go into one department, watch how the work actually moves, and find the speed already sitting unused in the tools you own. Then we automate what repeats.

Custom builds on a design system, then maintained on a fixed schedule with human review.

Why we built o-MATIC
A small shop has one real constraint: hours. o-MATIC is how we got past it without getting bigger.
o-MATIC is our AI research division and the factory every build runs through. A small team of AI helpers, each with a defined job — one guards the brand, one builds, one plans the work, one checks how it looks — and a person in charge of all of it. It lets a small shop hold the standards of a much larger one, and remember every decision it ever made.
It also means we are our own hardest customer. Everything we sell has been run against our own work first.
